Pushkar Lake
This holy lake is extremely popular among pilgrims where they take a dip to wash away all their sins. The lake is nestling with over 400 temples and 52 bathing ghats which add to its beauty. The lake dates back to the 4th century BC. The lake has its mentions in Hindu epics Ramayana and Mahabharata and has a great historical importance too.

Brahma Temple
As per Hinduism, Lord Brahma is the Creator of this earth, and this is the only temple dedicated to Brahma Temple in India. The temple is made of marble and looks beautiful in its outlook. It dates to the 14th century and flaunts a discrete red pinnacle (shikhara) and a hamsa bird motif. The temple brims with pilgrims during Kartik Poornima, a festival dedicated to Brahma.

Savitri Temple
Savitri Temple stands on Ratnagiri hill and is visited by every pilgrim visiting Brahma temple. It is one of the few shrines dedicated to Goddess Savitri, the first wife of Lord Brahma. Travellers can reach the temple by taking a short trek which is adorned with beautiful views of nature.

Pushkar Fair
This is perhaps the most renowned festival of Rajasthan celebrated along the Pushkar Lake. This camel trading festival brings out the true colours of Rajasthan when locals can be seen taking a bath in the holy Pushkar Fair whereas farmers, traders and villagers indulge in cattle trading. Huge fairs are organised, stalls are set up, competitions are conducted and cultural programs are planned adding to the grandeur of this major festival of Rajasthan.

Naga Pahar
Naga Pahar stands between Pushkar and Ajmer. The hills at Naga Pahar are constantly diminishing and will ultimately disappear. There is also a lake here named Nag Kund. Travellers can spot beautiful views of Pushkar city from the top of these hills and click some amazing pictures.
