Dilwara Jain Temples
These temples remain the most visited site in Mount-abu. These temples were built between 11th and the 13th century. They have a distinct architectural style and have been adorned with ornamental carvings and impressive stone laying technique. The complex houses 5 temples - Vimal Vasahi, Luna Vasahi, Pithalhar, Parshvanath and Mahavir Swami - depicting the Jain culture in India. Its ceilings showcase diverse scenes from the Jain and Hindu mythology which leave visitors awe-struck.

Guru Shikhar
Guru Shikhar remains the highest point in mount Abu and is perfect to spot bird’s eye views of the region around. There is also a temple of Guru Dattatreya, a form of the Hindu Deities ‘Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva’ in one. People visit here to enjoy day picnics and enjoy nature sprawling around.

Nakki Lake
It is believed that this beautiful lake was dug out by the Gods themselves. It has pristine waters which modify shades due to changing shades of the sky. This lake has historical importance too as Mahatma Gandhi‘s ashes were immersed here. People come here for day picnics and enjoy food sold around by local vendors.

Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary
Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is a paradise for wildlife lovers. Here you can spot numerous leopards apart from some rare and endangered species of animals. Bird watchers flock here to capture 250 species of birds chirping around. The sanctuary is blessed with subtropical evergreen forests which add to the sightseeing experience of the travellers.
